Searching Apple's Knowledge Base can sometimes be a little frustrating, but OS X 10.2 users can use a new feature in Sherlock that allows you to search the Knowledge Base directly, and super fast too!! Launch Sherlock from your Applications forlder, and click on the AppleCare icon. Type in your query and get the results immediately! Such a small feature, but definately a time saver!
***This feature is not available to Mac OS X 10.1 users.
